My stay at the hotel was quite average overall. The rooms were not up to par, being very dirty especially from the 1st and 2nd floors. Despite that, the hotel seemed empty during my visit. The service was a mix - while some staff were very helpful with local information and friendly, there were also instances of extreme rudeness, particularly when requesting clean towels. The location, though in the middle of town, had its downsides with ongoing furniture updates and undesired activities happening around the premises. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and certain areas locked up. Facilities were lacking, and the price may not have been justified by the value received.
